there are two 10mm bolts, and a few phillips head sheet metal screws on the inner fender well and @ the bottom of fender, Unbolt them. There are also a 10mm bolt right behind the mirrors and the ones running along the fender under the hood. loosen them up and test fit the fender various times, untill you get it like you want it, the most important ones are the bottom two 10mm bolts. It also could be that you just have to bend back the pinch weld, that someone could have screwed up on by the lift as you said. If so use some vise grips or somthing similar and slowing bend it back into place, (perpendicular to pavement) I hope this helps ya, its easier to show you this procedure in person instead of trying to type it out.
